At Maileg, we want you to be completely satisfied with your whimsical purchase; if you are not, you may return your items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all tags are attached and the packaging remains intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Maileg packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
